   Enhancement

Effortlessly set up your new employee record in JustLogin with our JustLogin HRMS connector

The new employee onboarding process is often hampered with the need to handle the manual transfer of placed candidate data into the HRMS system as a new employee.

With our new JustLogin HRMS Connector and onboarding module, RecruiterPal can now support the automation of this process and set up new employee records automatically inside your JustLogin HRMS.

How to Access the function

JustLogin Integration:

To activate the Integration please go to  Business Entity > Manage Settings > Integrations and hit the  Request Access button. Key in your JustLogin system administrator account credentials and click Log in

How to send a placed candidate to the onboarding module:

  • You need to create an offer to the candidate. The candidate must accept the offer, for the system to automatically register the candidate on the onboarding module. You can refer this article for more information on the process of offer creation.
  • The candidate will be added to the onboarding module, which you can see by clicking on Hire > Onboarding

  • Hit the  Start Onboarding  button to start the onboarding process
  • Your selected candidate then will be moved to "Syncing" status to kickstart the data transfer to your JustLogin HRMS

Syncing issues and how to resolve them

In the event that you have an issue with syncing the candidate, you see an exclaimation icon in red for candidates in the syncing pipeline:

To resolve the syncing issue, simply click on View, and then on the Synchronisations tab in the detail panel on the right and click Edit Info to see what are the missing  information required for the candidate syncing process in the dialog pop up:

Fill in the missing information and click Submit when ready. The syncing process will be automated, and the candidate onboarding status will be updated as Completed when the syncing is completed.
