Add Additional Email Address Alias to Your Account

Communicate easily with your candidates via email through RecruiterPal - Simply add your email addresses that you would like to send your emails from! 

How to Access the function

  1. Click on your Name and select User Settings
  2. You need to have your google account linked with your RP account. please refer to this link if you haven't
  3. Click on Email Account from the list-side navigation bar

  4. You should see a row with your email address and a button saying "Manage Email Address"

  5. Click on Manage Email Address, which will open a new box 

  6. You can now click on Add Email Address under Additional Email Address and specify the desired Name of Sender and From Email 

  7. You can add multiple email address for your reference.
