Permission level : Users with Secondary Information Request Feature
This feature is to enable users to send customize secondary information to candidates, the feature is available under Job Opportunities and Onboarding modules.
- On the top black navigation bar, click on Hire > Job Opportunities or Onboarding
- You can do a bulk selection of candidates or select a single candidate to send the secondary information request to:
Single Candidate- Select on the candidate and click on the Actions button in the right detail panel
- Click on the Send information request, a dialog box will displayed
- Select the information request form template required
- Insert the deadline and text instructions
- Click on the Request & Send Email or Request to complete the process
- Select on the candidate and click on the Actions button in the right detail panel
Bulk Operation
- Check against the check boxes of the candidates that you would like to send the secondary information request to
- Click on the Send information Request on the side panel
- Select the information request form template required
- Insert the deadline and text instructions
- Click on the Request & Send Email or Request to complete the process
After you have created the request, you can review it in the right detail panel under the Info Request tab
