Permission level : Users with Secondary Information Request Feature 



This feature is to enable users to send customize secondary information to candidates, the feature is available under Job Opportunities and Onboarding modules.


  1. On the top black navigation bar, click on Hire > Job Opportunities or Onboarding 

  2. You can do a bulk selection of candidates or select a single candidate to send the secondary information request to:

    Single Candidate 
    1. Select on the candidate and click on the Actions button in the right detail panel

    2. Click on the Send information request, a dialog box will displayed
    3. Select the information request form template required
    4. Insert the deadline and text instructions
    5. Click on the Request & Send Email or Request to complete the process

    Bulk Operation

  1. Check against the check boxes of the candidates that you would like to send the secondary information request to

  2. Click on the Send information Request on the side panel

  3. Select the information request form template required
  4. Insert the deadline and text instructions
  5. Click on the Request & Send Email or Request to complete the process


After you have created the request, you can review it in the right detail panel under the Info Request tab
