  Permission level : System Administrator (For email exchange setup) and Enterprise User (for individual user)


Calender Settings

  1.  Log into RecruiterPal as a system administrator, and click on Building icon > System Settings > Calendar Server Settings > Add Server Setting

  2. Fill up the information fields required (Please choose the correct Exchange Web Services (EWS) version that is being used by your organization) and click Save



Email Settings

  1.  Click on Building icon > System Settings > Email Server Settings > Add Server Setting

  2. Fill up the information fields required (Please choose the correct Exchange Web Services (EWS) that is being used by your organization) and click Add

  3. (Individual email settings) : Click on your name on the top black navigation bar > User Settings > Email accounts > Add email account
     
  4. Fill up the information fields required and click Add


  5. (Individual calendar settings) : Click on your name on the top black navigation bar > User Settings > Calendar accounts > Add Calendar

  6. Fill up the information fields required and click Save
