1. On the top navigation bar in black, click on the Building icon > System Settings

2. Under the Integration Management, click on  Job Portal Settings > Add Job Portal

3. Fill in the job board name, description, and upload a suitable logo then click on Add to save the job board. 

4. When you are creating a job, under step 3, where you are selecting the job portals, select the manual job board you have created and click next to proceed with the job creation workflow.


5. An unique URL link will be generated which can be used to share out in the messaging platform

6. After sharing the URL on the designated job portal, remember to click Mark as Posted under the Job Postings tab to mark the job posting as posted.
