You can reach out to your system administrator or entity administrator to add new users and accord them the respective user roles.
Can you create a job without an approved manpower requisition?
If your RecruiterPal account has enabled the Manpower Requisition module, then a job can only created off an approved manpower requisition. Reach out to your respective entity administrator if you need any assistance in creating a manpower requisition.
