In your recruitment workflow, you may want to notify your hiring team members that you have done the shortlisting and review of the candidates, and that they can take the next steps (e.g. schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates) accordingly.
This is easily achieved within RecruiterPal as you are updating the candidate pipeline status:
- Click on "Actions" button and choose "Change Pipeline"
- In the dialog, ensure that the "Notify All Hiring Team Members" option is checked.
- Click "Apply" to change the candidate pipeline status, as well as notify your hiring team members
- Your hiring team member will receive an email notification like this:
