RecruiterPal allows users to easily perform powerful candidate searches within your candidate database. Create chained, filters and combine it with boolean keyword search to narrow down your search for the right candidate.
In the candidates module, you can easily create personalized search filters that are automatically updated whenever new qualified candidates' applications come in.
- Click on Filter from the side menu bar
- Click on Add Filter
- Select one of the filter properties (e.g. Candidate Tag, Years of Working Experience, etc)
- Click Apply
Candidates that matches your search criteria will automatically show up in the candidate listing. You can select all of them and assign them to new
