Under the Job Creation Workflow > Recruiters, add specific third-party or preferred recruiters.



Choose a preferred or specific third-party recruiter by clicking on the Recruiter Profile.

In the pop-out menu, select the recruiters you would like to add, then click the Add button.


Non-preferred recruiters have to be added for them to appear. (How to add)





You can now manage your selected recruiters on the right taskbar. 

Select the email template and forms to be sent to the recruiter.

You may also choose to not notify the recruiter under the Email Templates dropdown.




When you are ready, click on the Next button below to proceed to Hiring team.
