- On the top menu bar, click on the building icon and select Users
- Click Add User button
- In the dialog box, enter the user details and select the appropriate system user role for the user
- Click Add to add user to the system
- On the top menu bar, click on the building icon and select Business Entity
- Click on Manage Settings > Entity Users
- In the dialog box, select the user(s) you have added in step 4 and indicate their entity user role e.g. Entity user
- Click Add to add user to the business entity
